About The Role:

As an Associate Therapist, you will work under the supervision of a Licensed Therapist while gaining valuable clinical experience. In this role, you will accumulate supervised hours toward licensure, deepen your expertise in your areas of interest, and develop a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of private practice. 

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Hold an active Registered Associate license with CA BBS
• Remain in good standing with the CA BBS
• Maintain 20 clinical hours per week
• Attend weekly supervision sessions (1-3 hours per week)
• Have access to a personal computer
• Complete required documentation within applicable timelines
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team structure
